Özet-- Bu çalışmada demiryolunda dever uygulaması ve güvenliğe etkisinin araştırılması planlanmıştır. Merkezkaç kuvvetleri karşılamak ve zararsız hale getirmek için yatay kurplarda dış ray dizisinin iç ray dizisine nazaran belirli bir miktarda yükseltilmesine dever denilmektedir. Demiryolunda uygulanması gereken dever yolun özelliğine göre farklılık göstermektedir. Kazaların kişilere, işletmeci kuruluşlara ve topluma verdiği zararların en aza indirilebilmesi için alınması gereken tedbirlerden birisi yol geometrik standartlarının iyileştirilmesi ve bu standartların korunmasıdır. Demiryolu yol geometrisi parametrelerinden birisi olan dever de bu açıdan çok önemlidir. Bu makalede demiryolunda deverin fazla veya eksik verilmesi sonucunda meydana gelebilecek hasarlar ve güvenliğe etkisi ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışmanın daha önce yapılmış çalışmalar ve standartlar açısından, literatüre katkısı olacağı düşünülmektedir.Anahtar Kelimeler-- Demiryolu, Dever, Teorik dever, İdeal dever, Minimum dever, Deverin güvenliğe etkisiSuperelevation Implementation and Impact of Railway SafetyAbstract-- This study is planned to investigate the effect of railway safety application, and superelevation. Centrifugal forces to meet and to make the horizontal curves harmless series of outer rail superelevation is called to raise a certain amount compared to a series of inner rail. Railway vary depending on the nature of the road superelevation should be applied. Accidents to persons, organizations, and society gives the operator the necessary precautions to minimize losses in any way, and these standards are improving the protection of geometric standards. As one of the parameters of the geometry of the road rail superelevation is very important in this respect. In this article, giving railway superelevation damage caused by an excess or deficiency effect and safety were discussed.
