The housing need of disaster victims who are homeless after the disasteris eliminated by the establishment of temporary shelter sites. Determination ofthe location of shelters is an important problem that must be decided indisaster preparedness phase. In studies conducted up to today, many detailshave been added to improve the applicability of selection process. In thisstudy, it is aimed to select temporary shelter sites to be used after apossible earthquake that may occur in Burdur province and to determine theneighborhoods to be assigned to these areas. The study consists of two phases.In the first phase, the fitness values of alternative areas were determinedusing various criteria and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. In thesecond stage, the fitness values determined by the AHP were used as decisionvariable coefficients in the p-medianmodel and the neighborhoods to be assigned to each area were determined on thebasis of the analysis performed by the GAMS program. As a result, it wasdetermined that it would be appropriate to use six of the nine candidate areasfrom the field as a temporary shelter side after a possible earthquake. |

Afet sonrası evsiz kalan afetzedelerinbarınak ihtiyacı geçici iskân alanlarının kurulmasıyla giderilmektedir. Geçiciiskân alanlarının yerinin belirlenmesi afet hazırlık çalışmalarında kararverilmesi gereken önemli bir problemdir. Bugüne kadar yapılan çalışmalardabirçok ayrıntı eklenerek seçim işleminin uygulanabilirliği artırılmayaçalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, Burdur ilinde meydana gelebilecek olası bir depremsonrasında kullanılacak geçici iskân alanlarının seçimi ve bu alanlara atanacakmahallelerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma iki aşamadan oluşmaktadır.Birinci aşamada alternatif iskân alanlarının çeşitli kriterlere göre uygunlukdeğerleri Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi ile belirlenmiştir. İkinci aşamada, AnalitikHiyerarşi Prosesi ile belirlenen uygunluk değerleri p-medyan modelinde karar değişkeni katsayı olarak kullanılmış veGAMS programı ile yapılan çözümleme neticesinde her bir alana atanacakmahalleler tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, dokuz adet aday alandan altıtanesinin olası bir deprem sonrasında geçici iskân alanı olarak kullanılmasınınuygun olacağı belirlenmiştir. |
