Anavatanı Kuzey Mezopotamya olan veyıllardır sofraları süsleyen zeytinin üretim maliyeti içinde hasat masraflarıönemli bir yer tutar. Merdiven ve sırık kullanılan geleneksel hasatyöntemlerinde fazla insan işgücü ihtiyacı, işçilik maliyetleri, olumsuz havakoşulları ve engebeli arazi olması gibi nedenler zeytin hasat işindemakineleşmeyi gerekli kılmıştır. Hasadın makine ile yapılması, zaman ve maliyettasarrufu yanında zeytine de daha az zarar vererek verimin artmasını sağlar. Butebliğ kapsamında ve üretici ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda yeni bir zeytin hasatmakinesinin kavramsal tasarımı yapılmıştır. Bu tasarım işlemi Pahl ve Beitz’insistematik tasarım yaklaşımına dayanmaktadır. İşlem; problem tanımlama, formüleetme (fonksiyon şeması), seçenekler oluşturma ve seçim şeklindedir. Kavramsaltasarımı yapılan makine, zeytin üreticilerinin en kısa sürede en çok verimialmasını sağlayacaktır. |

The cost of harvesting is an importantpart of the production costs of the olive whose native soil is the NorthernMesopotamia and which decorates the table for years. In traditional harvestingmethods using ladders and poles, it is necessary to mechanize olive harvestingfor reasons such as human labor need, labor costs, adverse weather conditionsand rugged terrain. The harvesting with the machine saves time and cost, aswell as less damage to the olive to increase yield. Within the scope of thispaper, a conceptual design of a new olive harvesting machine has been made inline with the needs of producers. The design process conducted is based on thesystematic design approach of Pahl and Beitz. The method applied includes;problem definition, formulating (function diagram), creating and selecting ofvariants. The conceptually designed machine will ensure that olive producersreceive the most benefit in the shortest time possible. |
