Incorrect designed workingenvironment is one of the most important reasons of occupational accidents andinjuries in industrial production. Performance of workers directly effect onthe work productivity in furniture production as a labor-intensive sector. Oneof the units where the employees spend too much effort is the assemblydepartment in this sector. Despite how much the technological equipment isdeveloped, furniture assembly cannot be made without human factors in afactory. In this study, assemblyline of a large sized furniture factory located in Denizli isinvestigated. At the beginning of the study, working conditions of thefactory are examined from an ergonomic point of view and four differentrepetitive labor intensive assembly stations, i.e., drawer assembly, frame-boxassembly, final assembly and assembly control are determined. Data arecollected with video record method to determine loadings and strains in workpostures of the workers in assembly lines and OWAS method (Working PostureAnalysis System) is used to evaluate the data. As a result of theevaluations, it is determined that the incompatibility with the workingenvironment and the worker was very high in the final assembly and assemblycontrol stations and the employees too much repeat the operations with highrisk levels. |

Endüstriyelüretimde iş kazaları ve yaralanmaların en önemli nedenlerinden biri hatalıtasarlanmış çalışma ortamlarıdır. Emek yoğun bir sektör olan mobilya üretimindeişçinin performansı, verimliliği doğrudan etkilemektedir. Sektörde çalışanlarınyoğun emek-güç harcadığı birimlerden biri de montaj bölümüdür. Teknolojikdonanım ne kadar çok geliştirilse de mobilya montajında insan faktörü olmadaniş yapılamamaktadır. Buçalışmada; Denizli’de faaliyet gösteren büyük ölçekli bir işletmenin montajhattı incelenmiştir. Araştırma öncesinde, işletmenin çalışma koşullarıergonomik açıdan incelenmiş ve tekrarlı iş yükünün yoğun olduğu çekmece montajı, iskelet – kutu montaj, sonmontaj ve montaj kontrol olmak üzere 4 farklı montaj alanı belirlenmiştir.Montaj hattında çalışan işçilerin beden duruşlarını ve işe bağlı zorlanmalarınıbelirlemek için görüntüleme yöntemi ile veriler kaydedilmiş, veriler OWASyöntemi (Ovako Working Posture AnalysisSystem) ile değerlendirilmiştir. Değerlendirmeler sonucunda; son montaj vemontaj kontrol istasyonlarında çalışma ortamı ve iş-çalışan uyumsuzluğununfazla olduğu, risk düzeyi yüksek tekrarlı hareketlerin çok fazla yapıldığıbelirlenmiştir. |
