In agricultural activities, crop protection is one of the most important areas affecting the operators. Besides the negativities caused by pesticides used, the fact that not made evaluations of ergonomics and work safety in the design of the used equipment affects the operator comfort in negative way. In this study, an operator worked with a smart field sprayer which designed and manufactured with high technology and a conventional field sprayer at same conditions. Points of ergonomic view of working conditions have been determined working with these machinery during crop protection operation. For this purpose, the body postures were compared during working with both field sprayers. The effects of the smart field sprayers’ active boom suspension system on the operator comfort have been determined. RULA method was used for evaluating working postures. Considering the results of the experiment, that was determined, working with smart field sprayer more appropriate in terms of ergonomics than other sprayer and evaluations were made for the selection and use of equipment. |

Tarımsal faaliyetlerde operatörleri etkileyen en önemlialanlardan bir tanesi tarımsal mücadeledir. Kullanılan pestisitlerin yarattığıolumsuzlukların yanı sıra, kullanılan ekipmanın tasarımında ergonomi ve işgüvenliği açısından değerlendirmelerin yapılmaması operatör konforunu olumsuzyönde etkilemektedir.Buçalışmada, operatör son teknoloji ile donatılarak tasarlanmış ve imalatıyapılmış bir akıllı tarla pülverizatörü ile geleneksel bir tarla pülverizatörüile çalışmıştır. Tarımsal mücadele faaliyeti sırasında ergonomik açıdanoperatörün karşılaştığı koşullar tespit edilmiştir. Bu amaçla, her ikipülverizatörle eğimli arazide çalışmada vücut duruşlarının konforu açısındankarşılaştırma yapılmıştır. Akıllı tarla pülverizatörünün eğim dengelemesisteminin operatör konforu üzerine etkileri belirlenmiştir. Çalışmapozisyonları RULA yöntemi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edilen deneme sonuçlarıgöz önüne alınarak ergonomik açıdan uygun ekipman seçimi ve kullanımına yönelikdeğerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. |
