Yapımfirmaları ayakta kalabilmek için proje yönetimi ve planlamasını çok iyiyapmalıdır. Bu yönetim süreci içerisinde disiplinler arası iletişim vekoordinasyon eksikliğinden kaynaklanacak her türlü aksamanın, firma, devletkurumları ve dolayısıyla milli ekonomi üzerinde olumsuz etki oluşturmasıkaçınılmazdır. Bu sorunların aşılması için disiplinler arası koordinasyonukolaylaştıracak teknikler kullanılmalıdır. Bu kapsamda, ülkemizde de kullanımıyaygınlaşmakta olan Yapı Bilgi Modellemesi- YBM (Building Information Modeling-BIM) sistemi oldukça verimli bir araç olarak uygulanmaktadır. Uluslararasıprojelerde iş yapan Türk firmalar projelerinde YBM tecrübesi kazanmış olsalarda bu tecrübeye sahip firma oranı düşüktür. Son yıllarda yerli sözleşmelerdeYBM yer almaya başlamıştır. Sözleşmeler ile oluşan YBM talebi, firmaların YBMtecrübelerini artırmaya başlamıştır, ancak, YBM sisteminin uygulanmasında bazıproblemler ortaya çıkabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, örnek bir proje üzerinde, YBMuygulama planının Türkiye şartlarına uygun olabilecek süreçleri ortaya konmayaçalışılmış ve süreçlerin detay seviyeleri, koordinasyon şekli, alt yapı içingerekli öncüller ve model planlamaları oluşturulmuştur. |

Construction companies should properly plantime-cost-quality management and manage workflows and project management verywell in order to survive. Construction companies should make project managementand planning very well in order to survive. It is inevitable that any obstaclesthat arise from the lack of communication and coordination among thedisciplines in this management process will have a negative effect on thecompanies, the state institutions and therefore the national economy.Techniques to facilitate interdisciplinary coordination should be used toovercome these problems. In this context, the Building Information Modeling(BIMBIM) system, which is becoming widely used in our country, is implementedas a very efficient tool. Even thoughTurkish companies that work in international projects have gained BIMBIM experiencein their projects, the rate of companies with this experience is low. In recentyears, BIMBIM has started to take place in domestic contracts. BIMBIM requestsformed by contracts have started to increase the BIM experience ofcompanies,have accelerated the transition of companies to BIM, but problemssometimes arise in the implementation of the BIMBIM system. In this study, on asample project, it was tried to reveal the processes of BIMBIM implementationthat may be suitable to conditions in Turkey and detail levels of the process,the type of coordination, necessary premises and model planning forinfrastructure were created. |
