Çalışmada, ön terbiye işlemleri ardına yüzeyde tüylenmeyi engelleyici yaş proses olarak uygulanan biyoparlatma işleminin ve ardına yapılan boyamanın kombinasyonu için uygun şartların belirlenmesi ve bu yeni hızlı boyama prosesinin üretilen materyale etkilerinin tespit edilmesine çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla numune kumaşlarda boncuk oluşum eğilimine, aşınma dayanımına, renk değerlerine ve bazı haslık performanslarına bakılmıştır. Sonuçlar incelendiğinde, kombine prosesin, kumaşın kalite özelliklerinden ödün vermeden uygulanabileceği ve bunun üretim maliyetlerinde önemli bir tasarruf sağlayacağı kanısına varılmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler - Pamuk, Reaktif boyarmadde, Selülaz enzimi, Biyoparlatma, Haslık, CIELab.Abstract In the study, we tried to investigate suitable working conditions for the combination of the biopolishing treatments applied as wet process preventing of forming pill on the surface and dyeing, and determine the effects of this new rapid dyeing process on the product. For this aim, we searched the tendency of the pill forming, abrasion resistance, color values and some fastness performances of the specimens. According to the results, we found out that the new process could be applied without givinig any damage to the quality properties of the fabric and gained disposition from production costs.Key Words - Cotton, Reactive dye, Cellulase enzyme, Biopolishing, Fastness, CIELab. |
