The aim of this study is to evaluate "the contribution of participatory ergonomics and quality circles to occupational safety and health” and show the factors that affect participatory ergonomics and quality circles. In this study, the occupational safety and health practices are offered a different perspective.Participatory ergonomics is an activity that attaches importance to employees, utilizes the knowledge and skills of employees and at the same time works to make working conditions safer. With the participation of employees, occupational health and safety practices are thought to be both more active and more productive. |

Bu çalışmanın amacı, çalışanların yönetime katılmalarını sağlayan katılımcı ergonomi ve kalite çemberleri uygulamalarının iş sağlığı ve güvenliğine etkisini incelemektir. Bu çalışma ile iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarına farklı bir bakış açısı sunulmaktadır.Katılımcı ergonomi çalışanlara önem veren, çalışanların bilgi ve becerilerinden yararlanan ve aynı zamanda, çalışma koşullarının daha güvenli olabilmesi için uğraşan bir faaliyettir. Çalışanların katılımı ile iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamaları hem daha aktif hem de daha verimli olacağı düşünülmektedir. |
