Hygiene is one of the most important elements of individual health. In order for people to feel physically and psychologically well in public spaces where they share with many others, hygiene becomes even more prominent. When the hygiene expenses including staff, equipment and cleaning supplies are evaluated in the long term, it has been observed that the staff constitutes a big part of these expenses. This work deals with the staff schedule problem in order to minimize the idle moments of the staff and uses integer programming model as a solution. The model has been solved with ILOG CPLEX v12.6.2.0 software package. In conclusion, with this work it has been identified by whom, in which order and day the areas needing cleaning are supposed to be cleaned. |

Temizlik insan sağlığı açısından en önemli unsurlardan birisidir. Kamusal alanlar gibi birçok kişinin ortak olarak kullandığı alanlarda kişilerin kendilerini fiziksel ve psikolojik açıdan iyi hissetmesi, hastalıklardan ve enfeksiyonlardan korunması açısından temizlik daha da önem kazanmaktadır. Temizlik için personel, ekipman ve temizlik malzemelerini kapsayan maliyetler uzun vadede değerlendirildiğinde bu maliyetlerin büyük kısmını personellerin oluşturduğu görülmüştür. Çalışmada personellerin boşta beklemelerini minimize etmek için temizlik çizelgeleme problemi ele alınmıştır ve problemi çözmek için tam sayılı programlama modeli kullanılmıştır. Model ILOG CPLEX 12.6.2.0 paket programı ile çözülmüştür. Sonuçta bu çalışma ile temizlenecek alanların; günlük olarak hangi sırada ve hangi personel tarafından temizleneceği tespit edilmiştir. |
