Enterprises (Operations)need IT-based systems in order to carry out repair and maintenance works. Toensure the proper functioning of the repair and maintenance system, it isnecessary to obtain and store data on the operations that are carried out. Managers of the enterprise can reduce thecost of repair and maintenance by using the graphics and reports that they canproduce with the system with the help of the recorded data. In this work,feedback coming from the customer has been reviewed and evaluated to make themaintenance and repair system more complete and compatible with the operationsof the companies and institutions. Software has been improved in accordancewith feedback taken from the customer. New models have been added. Integrationshave been completed; and electronic signature application has been included.There is a need for caching in order to manage the recorded data in thedirection of the developments made and to keep the speed of the system fromfalling. Caching is provided using AppFabric technology so that users canaccess the interfaces faster and use the system dynamically. New developmentshave been made to Redis technology instead of AppFabric application so thatsystem developers can easily obtain and manage the data, not only the user butthe system developers and end users can easily manage the data from the cache. |

İşletmeler, bakım-onarım çalışmalarını takip edebilmek için bilgi işlemtabanlı sistemlere ihtiyaç duymaktadır. Bakım-onarım sisteminin sorunsuzçalışması için kaydedilen verilerin ve bu verileri elde edebilmek için yapılanişlemlerin saklanması gerekir. İşletme yöneticileri ellerindeki kayıtlıverilerle, sistemlerden çekecekleri grafikler ve raporlar neticesindeişletmelerin bakım–onarım maliyetlerini düşürebilmektedirler. Gerçekleştirilenbu çalışmada bakım–onarım sisteminin şirketler ve kurumlara uyumlu hale getiriliptamamlanabilmesi için müşteriden gelen geri bildirimler alınmıştır. Bubildirimlere göre yazılımın geliştirilmesi sağlanmıştır. Yeni modüllereklenmiştir. Entegrasyonlar yapılmıştır. Elektronik imza uygulaması dahiledilmiştir. Yapılan geliştirmeler doğrultusunda kaydedilecek verilerinyönetilmesi ve sistemin hızının düşmemesi için önbellekleme ihtiyacı ortayaçıkmıştır. Kullanıcıların arayüzlere daha hızlı ulaşması ve sistemi dinamikkullanabilmeleri için AppFabric teknolojisi kullanılarak önbellekleme sağlanmıştır.Yapılan yeni geliştirmelerde sadece kullanıcı değil sistemingeliştiricilerininde verileri kolay elde edip yönetebilmeleri için AppFabricuygulaması yerine Redis teknolojisine geçilmiştir.Böylece hem sistemgeliştiricileri hem son kullanıcılar verileri önbellekten kolaycayönetebileceklerdir. |
