Uluslararası yapı üretiminde son yıllarda çokmiktarda kullanılmakta olan "tutkallı tabakalı ahşap yapı elemanları ileoluşturulan taşıyıcı sistemler" in geçmiş yıllarda Türkiye’de hemen hemenhiç tanınmamış olması yakın zamanda bu sisteme karşı merak ve ilgiyi ortayaçıkarmıştır. Günümüzde ise orman endüstrisinin geliştiği ülkeler kadar olmasada ülkemizde bu yapı malzemeleri ile yapılmış örneklere rastlamaktayız. Ahşapmalzemesinin bünyece değişimini sağlayan çeşitli tekniklerin uygulanmasınaparalel olarak konstrüksiyon imkanları da genişlemiştir. Ülkemizde üretilenyapısal ahşap açısından yapılacak bir karşılaştırmada, bilhassa tutkallı tabakalıahşabın henüz tam anlamı ile bir gelişme göstermediği dolayısıyla konstrüksiyonkuruluşlarında da halen geleneksel yapı sistemlerinin devam ettiğisöylenebilir. Bu bağlamda, tutkallı tabakalı ahşap yapı elemanlarının ulusal veuluslararası literatür tarama çalışması yapılmıştır. Makalede ahşap elemanlarlayapılan büyük açıklıkların geçildiği kesitler hakkında genel bilgi, kullanılantutkallar hakkında bilgi ve tutkal cinsleri, tutkallı tabakalı ahşap yapıelemanlarında kullanılan ahşabın seçimi ve tutkallama yöntemi, birleşim ve ekyerlerinin oluşturma kuralları, ülkemizde ve uluslararası alanda bu yapıelemanlarının üretimlerinde kullanılan standartlar, bu elemanların yangın vedeprem anında göstermiş olduğu mukavemet tepkileri incelenmiştir. Tutkallıtabakalı ahşap özellikleri, üretimi ve kullanım alanları üzerine elde edilmiş bulgularsentezlenerek, Türkiye’deki kullanım olanakları üzerine incelemeler yapılmış veöneriler getirilmiştir._________________________________________________________________________________TheInvestigation of the Glued Laminated Timber Elements from Past to Today and TheSuggestions for the Use as Load-bearing in the StructuresAbstractDue to not being recognized the structural systemsconstructed with glued laminated timber elements in Turkey which are used inthe international building production frequently, revealed the curiosity andinterests towards thissystem recently. Today, the examples, not as much as the ones built in thecountries where the timber industry is developed, constructed with thesestructural materials are observed in Turkey. Today construction opportunitiesare developed together with the development of the implementation to thetechniques on the timber materials providing the transformation of thestructure. Comparing the structural timber produced in our country, it can benoticed that especially the glued laminated timber is not developed properly,therefore traditional structural systems are followed in the constructioncompanies. In this context, state of art on glued laminated timber elements areanalysed in the national and international resources. In this article, thegeneral information on the cross-sections of structural timber having widespans; the glues used in the sector and its types; the choice of timber for theglued laminated timber and gluing process; the principles for the connectionand addition of timber elements; the standards used in the production ofstructural timber in the country and in the international environment; thestrength against the fire and the earthquake of these structural elements areanalysed. The opportunities of using glued laminated timber elements in Turkeyand suggestions for it are presented via synthesizing the findings on theproperties, production and, use of these materials.Keywords:Glued laminated timber, structuralelements, Turkey, timber material |
