Since the Turkish artists have not been involved in conceptual arts for along time, the recent conceptual art attemps led to a new attention in our society. In order to make a contribution to understanding of conceptual art and to the interest of public we made some evaluations over some art pieces of Kutlu Gürelli who is one of the most famous implementers of conceptual art in our country. The exhibition of Kutlu Gürelli involved both his and his student’s artworks. Many contributions of these yearwide exhibitions occured in terms of gaining experience for him and his students. Moreover his regular exhibition style led to easy understanding of all pieces. |

Uzun yıllar Kavramsal Sanat tartışmalarına girememiş olan Türk Sanatçıların son yıllarda ülkemizde ortaya koydukları çeşitli aktiviteler halkın ilgisini çekmekte ve toplumda geniş bir merak duygusu uyandırmaktadır. Kavramsal Sanat ile ilgili etkinliklerin uyandırdığı ilgiye paralel olarak konuya değinmek ve geniş halk kitlelerinin bilgilenmesine katkı sunmak amacıyla Kavramsal Sanat'ın yakın dönemdeki uygulayıcılarından biri olan Kutlu Gürelli'nin yapıtlarından bir bölümü irdelenmiş ve bu çalışmalar üzerinden Kavramsal Sanat'a ilişkin değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır.Kutlu Gürelli'nin, BEUN Güzel Sanatlar Fakültesi'nde Öğretim Üyesi olarak görev yaptığı dört yıllık süreçte meydana getirdiği yapıtlarından oluşan sergisinde hem kişisel yapıtlarını hem de yetiştirdiği öğrencilere ait çalışmaları aynı mekânda sergilemiştir.Yıl boyunca sürdürülen Kavramsal Sanat konulu sergilerin sanatçıya ve öğrencilerine büyük deneyimler kazandırdığı görülmüştür.
