Dokusuzyüzey sektöründe spunbond kumaşlar, en çok kullanım olanağı olan kumaşlardır.Bunlardan bazıları çocuk bezi üretiminde kullanılmaktadır. Ancak kumaşlarınkullanım yerine göre sıvı geçirgenliği ve geri ıslatma miktarı özellikleri önemarz etmektedir. Bu sebepten spunbond kumaş üreticileri hidrofilik kimyasallarkullanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, 4 farklı kimyasal, 2 farklı çözelti oranı ve 3farklı besleme hızı ile spunbond kumaşa aplike edilmiş ve kumaşlarınperformansları incelenmiştir. Sıvı emiş süresi, geri ıslatma miktarı vetüketilen kimyasal miktarı göz önüne alınarak bir işletme için en uygunkimyasal ve çözelti oranları seçilmiştir. |

Spunbond fabrics are themost usable fabrics in the nonwoven sector. Some of these are used in theproduction of diaper. However, the liquid absorption and the amount of rewetproperties are importance depending on the use of fabric. Therefore, spunbondproducers use hydrophilic chemicals. In this study, 4 different hydrophilicchemicals were applied to the spunbond fabric with 2 different solution ratiosand 3 different feed rates and the performances of the fabrics were examined.The most suitable chemical and solution ratio was chosen considering the liquidabsorption time, the amount of rewet and the amount of chemical consumed. |
