Bu araştırmanın amacı, okulöncesi eğitim öğretmenlerinin sanat etkinliklerinde karşılaşmış olduklarısorunlar ve bu sorunlara yönelik geliştirdikleri çözüm önerilerinibelirlemektir. Araştırmada, nitelaraştırma desenlerinden olgubilim deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışmagrubunu 2018-2019 Eğitim ve Öğretim yılı Mardin ilinde bulunan 5 anaokulundaçalışmakta olan 14 okul öncesi eğitim öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Verilerintoplanmasında, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen on soruluk yarıyapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimselanaliz kullanılmıştır. Öğretmenlerle yapılan görüşmelerde, öğretmenlerin çoğusanat etkinliklerinin öğrencilerin yaratıcılığını, küçük kaslarını, elbecerilerini, hayal dünyalarını ve motor becerilerinin geliştiğinibelirtmişlerdir. Öğretmenler, öğrencilerin arkadaşlarının işlerini kopyaetmesi, okul idaresinin gereklimalzemeleri temin etmekte yardımcı olmaması, sınıfları aşırı kalabalık olması,sınıfların sanat etkinliklerine uygun olmaması, velilerin sanat etkinliklerinigereksiz görmesi gibi bazı sorunlar yaşadıklarını dile getirmişlerdir.Öğretmenlerin çoğu bu sorunlara, sınıf mevcutları azaltılmalı, , okul öncesieğitim için Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’nın maddi destek vermesi, idarecilere okulöncesi eğitim konusunda bilgilendirme seminerleri verilmesi, sınıflarda genişsanat köşeleri oluşturulması, okul öncesi eğitim için okullarda sanatatölyeleri oluşturulması ve velilere sanat etkinliklerinin önemini anlatanseminerler verilmesi gibi öneriler geliştirilmişlerdir. |

The aim of this study is to determine the problems andsolutions of preschool education teachers encountered in art activities. Inthis research, one of qualitativeresearch design phenomenological pattern is used. The study group of theaticle consists of 14 pre-school education teachers working in 5 differentkindergartens in the province of Mardin in the 2018-2019 academic year. In thedata collection, a semi-structured interview form developed by the researcherwas used. Descriptiveanalysis was used to analyze the data. During the interviewswith the teachers, most of the teachers stated that art activities improvestudents' creativity, help small muscle development, develop hand skills, developimagination and develop motor skills. Concerning problemsencountered in the arts claactivities , most of the teachers have pointed outthat the students trace over thair friends work, the school administration wasnot attaching importance to the lesson, that the class not suitable forteaching the arts and parents were not providing materials as they found thelesson unnecessary. Mostof the teachers gived the recommendations like; class adsum should bereduced, Ministry of Education should provide financial support for thepre-school education to provide materials, information seminars on pre-school education should be given toadministrators, wide art corners shouldbe created in classrooms There should beart workshops in schools for pre-school education and seminars should be given to parents aboutthe importance of art activities havebeen developed by most of teachers for the problems they encountered in art activities. |
