Buçalışmanın amacı 6. sınıf öğrencilerinin “Işık ve Ses” konusundaki başarılarınıortaya koyacak geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı geliştirilmesidir. Buamaçla kazanımlara uygun olarak bir belirtke tablosu oluşturularak, 24 çoktanseçmeli ve 7 açık uçlu soru hazırlanmıştır. Uzman görüşünün ardından 20 çoktanseçmeli ve 5 açık uçlu soru elde edilmiştir. Testin ilk pilot uygulaması 20öğrenci ile gerçekleştirilerek sorular daha anlaşılır hale getirilmiş ve testinuygulama süresine karar verilmiştir. Hazırlanan test 2015-2016 öğretim yılınınbahar döneminde Kayseri’de bulunan altı ortaokulun 6. sınıflarında öğrenimgören 200 öğrenciye uygulanmıştır. Excel ve SPSS programları ile gerçekleştirilenmadde analizi sonucunda bir soru testten çıkarılarak çoktan seçmeli soru sayısı19’a düşürülmüştür. Son hali verilen başarı testi 19 çoktan seçmeli ve 5 açıkuçlu olmak üzere toplamda 24 sorudan oluşmaktadır. Nihai başarı testinin çoktanseçmeli sorularının ortalama madde güçlük ve ayırt edicilik indekslerisırasıyla 0.64 ve 0.60 olarak, açık uçlu sorularının ortalama madde güçlük veayırt edicilik indeksleri ise sırasıyla 0.53 ve 0.66 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Bunagöre sorulardan 7’si kolay, 17’si orta güçlükte olup, 24 sorunun tamamı çok iyiayırt ediciliktedir. Ayrıca, çoktan seçmeli soruların Cronbach alpha güvenirlikkatsayısı 0.844 olarak bulunmuştur. Açık uçlu sorular için hesaplanan puanlayıcılar-arası güvenirlik katsayıları 0.70’ten büyükolduğundan, bütünmaddeler için puanlayıcılar arasında oldukça yüksek, pozitif yönlü ve anlamlıbir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Busonuçlar, geliştirilen başarı testinin bilimsel çalışmalarda ve öğretmenlerindeğerlendirme süreçlerinde kullanabilecekleri ölçüde geçerli ve güvenilirsonuçlara sahip olduğunu göstermektedir. |

This study aims to develop a valid and reliableinstrument for assessing 6th grade students’ achievement in Light and Soundsubject. For this purpose, a table ofspecifications was prepared in accordance with the learning outcomes, and 24 multiple-choiceand 7 open-ended questions were prepared. Following the expert opinion, 20multiple-choice and 5 open-ended questions were obtained. The first pilot testwas carried out with 20 students and the questions became more clear and theduration of testing was decided. The preparedtest was applied to 200 students in the 6th grade of six secondary schools inKayseri during the spring semester of 2015-2016 academic year. As a result of item analysis performed with Excel andSPSS programs, one question was removed from the test and the number ofmultiple-choice questions was reduced to 19. The final achievement testconsists of 24 questions, 19 multiple-choice and 5 open-ended questions, intotal. The mean item difficulty and discriminative indexes of the multiple-choicequestions of the final form were 0.64 and 0.60, respectively; and the mean itemdifficulty and discriminative indexes of the open-ended questions were 0.53 and0.66, respectively. Accordingly, 7 of the questions are easy and 17 of them areof medium difficulty while distinctiveness of the all 24 questions are very well. Additionally, the Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of themultiple-choice questions was found as 0.844. Since the interrater reliabilitycoefficients calculated for open-ended questions were greater than 0.70, it wasseen that there was a very high, positive and significant relationship betweenthe raters for all open-ended items. These results show that the developedachievement test has valid and reliable results to the extent that it can beused in scientific studies and teachers' evaluation processes. |
