OBJECTIVE: To investigate the maternal andfetal effects of non-stress test in musical environmentMETHOD AND MATERIALS: Our study was conductedprospectively between 50 pregnant women with the only live pregnancy between34-37 weeks of age, who had no known maternal and fetal problems. Pregnantwomen were randomly divided into 2 groups of 25 people. In the first group, NSTwas performed in a musical environment and then NST was performed in theenvironment without music; the second group was first made NST without musicand then NST with music. After each test, maternal blood pressure, respiratory rate,pulse, beck depression scale test, fetal basal heart rate, number ofacceleration, number of baby movements were evaluated.RESULTS: There was a statistically significantdifference in the number of baby movements and decreased number of pregnant womenin NST performed in musical environment. Although there was a decrease in thepregnant anxiety-depression score, a decrease in the number of basal heart rateand increase the number of accelerations, it was not statistically significant.CONCLUSİON: We think that Non-stresstesting with relaxing music; reactive NST and reduce unnecessary repetitionsand invasive procedure such as hydration. |

AMAÇ: Müzikli ortamda yapılannon-stres testin maternal ve fetal etkilerini incelemekYÖNTEM ve GEREÇ: Çalışmamız Kartal Dr.Lütfi Kırdar Eğitim Araştırma hastanesine nisan2018 tarihinde başvuran 34-37 haftalık tek canlı gebeliğe sahip, bilinenmaternal ve fetal problemi olmayan 50 gebe arasında prospektif olarak yapılmıştır.Gebeler rastgele 25 kişilik 2 gruba ayrıldı. Birinci gruba önce müzikli ortamdaNST yapılıp sonrasında müziksiz ortamda NST yapılırken; ikinci gruba öncemüziksiz ortamda NST yapılıp sonrasında müzikli ortamda NST yapılmıştır. Hertest sonrası anne tansiyon, solunum sayısı, nabız, beck depresyon ölçektesti, fetal bazal kalp atım sayısı,akselerasyon sayısı, bebek hareket sayısı gibi parametrelerdeğerlendirilmiştir.BULGULAR: Müzikli ortamda yapılan NST’deher iki grupta da bebek hareket sayısında artma ve gebe solunum sayısında azalmaistatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulunmuştur. Gebe anksiyete-depresyonskorunda düşme, bazal kalp atım sayısında azalma ve akselerasyon sayısında birmiktar artma gözlense de istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde bulunmadı.SONUÇ: Rahatlatıcı müzik eşliğinde yapılan non-stres test; reaktif NST oranındaartış sağlayıp gereksiz tekrarlamalar ve hidrasyon verme gibi invaziv işlemleriazaltacağını düşünmekteyiz. |
