Bu bildiride, bilim ve hikmette ilerleme ile şehir arasındaki ilişki ele alınacaktır. Medeni olma, şehirli olma, mukim bulunma ile yerleşik bir medeniyet kurma arasındaki ilişki tarihin şahitliğiyle ayan beyan ortadadır. Çünkü hareket halinde olan, toplumlar, biriktirir, öğrenir, ama üretemez. Bunlar aynı zamanda tasnif edemez ve teorik olanı gereği gibi uygulayamaz. Göçebelerin, yıkması, tahrip etmesi ve yağmalaması kolaydır, ama onlar için yapma, üretme ve yaşam mekânlarını imar etme çok zordur. Önemli kentler, hikmetin bütüncü nazarıyla kurulmuş ve bilgece tasarlanmış karmaşık yapılardır. Aynı zamanda bu kentler de hikmet sahibi zarif insanların yetiştiği mekânlar olmuşlardır. Medeniyet ve düşünce tarihine ışık tutan da hep bilgeler olmuştur. Bu yüzden hikmet ve şehir arasında daima karşılıklı bir ilişki vardır. Elinizde tuttuğunuz çalışma işte bu ilişkinin kodlarını bulup ortaya koyma çabasının bir ürünüdür. Kısaca bu makale, gelecekte kurulacak şehirler için hikmet anlayışının ne kadar önemli katkı sağlayacağını ortaya koymaktadır |

In this paper, it will be discussed the relationship between the progress of the city and wisdom. It is strikingly obvious that, being civilized, urban, being a resident of civilization requires establishing the relationship between presence and testimony of history. Because on the move, communities, collects, learn, but cannot produce. They are also not classified and properly implement the theoretical one. Nomads, destroy destruction and pillaging easy. But for them, making it very difficult to produce and develop of living spaces. Complex structures of the important cities were established and designed wisely, and considered by holistic wisdom. , These cities, at the same time, have become the growing places for wise and elegant people. These sages always shed light on the history of civilization and thought. Therefore, the city and wisdom always has been a mutual relationship. The present study is a product of the effort to demonstrate to find the codes of this relationship. In short, this article will contribute to understand how important to establish cities by wisdom in the future |
