In theconcept of politics, the administrators who will cope with the existence ofdemocracy are determined by the will of the individuals. As a result of thissituation, the question of whether individuals are affected by neighborhoodrelations on the basis of provinces and regions in the decision-making processhas existed in the minds since the past. In this study written in this context,the relation of space with politics is mentioned. In the study, the generalelections of the deputies between 2000 and 2015 were discussed. In thiscontext, spatial weighting and neighborhood matrix were calculated primarilyamong the provinces. In this way, interregional levels of interrelationshipwere measured spatially. Moran's I and Geary C tests were used to measure thelevels of spatial interaction. In this context, the interaction levels of theprovinces are determined at the global and local levels. As a result of theresearch, it is concluded that the voter will is affected from the spatialdifferences and neighborhood levels at local and global level. |

Siyasetkavramı içerisinde demokrasinin varlığını sürdürdüğü toplumlarda başa gelecekolan idareciler bireylerin iradeleri sonucunda belirlenmektedir. Bu durumun birsonucu olarak da bireylerin karar verme sürecinde iller ve bölgeler bazındakomşuluk ilişkilerinden etkilenip etkilenmediği sorusu geçmişten bu yana zihinlerdevar olmuştur. Bu bağlamda yazımı gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada mekânınsiyasetle olan ilişkisine değinilmiştir. Araştırmada, 2000-2015 dönemleriarasında gerçekleşen milletvekili genel seçimleri ele alınmıştır. Bu kapsamdaöncelikli olarak iller arası mekânsal ağırlıklandırma ve komşuluk matrisihesaplanmıştır. Bu sayede mekânsal olarak illerarası etkilenme seviyeleriölçülmüştür. Mekânsal etkileşim düzeylerinin ölçülmesinde Moran’ın I veGeary’nin C testlerinden faydalanılmıştır. Bu bağlamda global ve yerel düzeydeillerin etkileşim düzeyleri belirlenmiştir. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda iseseçmen iradesinin yerel ve global düzeyde mekânsal farklılıklardan ve komşulukdüzeylerinden belirli seviyede etkilendiği sonucuna varılmıştır. |
