Bağımsızlık kazandıktan sonra, başarılı bir petrol stratejisi Azerbaycan ekonomisinin dinamik şekilde geliştirmiştir. Son 25 yılda Azerbaycan, büyük ölçekli yabancı yatırım cazibe, keşif, üretim ve ihracat projelerinin bir sonucu olarak dünya petrol pazarındaki konumunu önemli ölçüde güçlendirmiştir. 20. yüzyılda, Azerbaycan petrol endüstrisi hızla gelişti, güçlü üretim üsleri ve bilimsel merkezler kuruldu. Araştırmanın temel amacı, Azerbaycan`da petrol ve gaz endüstrisinin gelişimini teşvik eden bilimsel yenilikleri araştırmak ve bu alandaki bilim adamlarının kuramsal konularını konuya sistematik hale getirmek. Aynı zamanda, Azerbaycanın petrol sektörünün dünya petrol piyasasında yerini ve önemini ortaya çıkarmak önemli amaçlardan biridir. Çalışma, Azerbaycan'da petrol ve gaz sektörünün gelişmesinin ekonomik büyüme için çok önemli olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu nedenle, en yakın on yılda petrol gazı kaynaklarının verimli kullanımı için enerji güvenliği ve ekonomik güvenlik açısından en uygun senaryoların geliştirilmesi ve uygulanması çok önemlidir. After independence, a successful oil strategy has developed dynamically in the Azerbaijani economy. In the last 25 years, Azerbaijan has significantly strengthened itsposition in the world oil market as a result of large-scale foreign investmen tattraction, exploration, production and export projects. In the 20th century, the oil industry of Azerbaijan developed rapidly, and strong production bases and scientific centers were established. The main aim of the research is to investigate the scientific innovations that promote the development of the oil and gas industry in Azerbaijan and to make the theoretical issues of the scientists in this field systematic. At the same time, it is one of the important goals to reveal the importance and place of the oil sector of Azerbaijan in the world oil market. The analysis shows that the development of oil and gas sector in Azerbaijan is very important for economic growth. There fore, it is very important to developand implement the most appropriate scenarios in terms of energy security and economic security for the efficientuse of oil gas resources in the next decade.
