190 numaralı Isparta Şer'iyye Sicili H. 1280–1282 (M. 1864-1866) tarihleri arasında Isparta şehrinin idari, sosyo-ekonomik ve kültürel yapısı hakkında önemli bilgiler ihtiva etmektedir. Özellikle sicilde geçen tereke kayıtları bilgi yönünden oldukça zengindir. Çalışma giriş, sonuç ve dört bölümden oluşmaktadır.Birinci bölümde 1864-1866 yılları arasında Isparta'nın idari yapısı,İkinci bölümde 190 numaralı şer'iyye sicil çalışmasından elde edilen bilgiler dâhilinde Isparta halkının sosyal hayatı hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise yine 190 numaralı şer'iyye sicilinin ışığında Isparta'da mevcut meslek grupları, kullanılan her türlü gayrimenkuller, günlük hayatta kullanılan eşyalar, giyilen kıyafetler vb.'nin verilmiştir. The register of şer'iyye (court) numbered 190, located between the dates H. 1280 and 1282 (M. 1864 and 1866) contains important information on the administrative, socio-economic and cultural structure of the city of Isparta. Especially, the registration of the heritage records have quite rich information.The study consists of introduction, four body parts and conclusion. In the first part, between the years 1864-1866, the administrative units and names of the Isparta and what changes have been experienced in this administrative structure are emphasized.In the second part, information about the social life of the people of Isparta is given, which has obtained from the registration study of the 190. This section includes detailed information on issues such as family, marriage, bridewealth (mehir), divorce, alimony, social and religious institutions, crimes, property purchases, debt issues, and health. In the third chapter, according to the register of şeriyye (court) numbered 190, the names and prices of the existing vocational groups, all kinds of real estate, items used in daily life, worn clothes etc. are in our study in detailed. In the fourth and final chapter, transcription of the registry numbered 190 is given. Keywords: Isparta, the register of şeriyye (court), heritage (tereke), society. |
