Dört bölümden oluşan çalışmanın giriş bölümünde; Isparta'nın tarihçesi, Şer'îyye sicillerinin önemi ve tezde takip edilen metoda yer verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde; Isparta'nın idari yapısı hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde; sosyal yapıya dair aile, boşanma, nafaka, vasî tayini vb. bilgiler verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde; Isparta'da ekonomik yapıyla alakalı, tarım-hayvancılık, kullanılan eşyalar ve fiyatları hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde; 194 numaralı şer'îyye sicilinin transkripsiyonu bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışma ile Isparta'nın idari, ekonomik ve sosyal yapısının belgeler ışığında değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. In the introduction section of the study consisting of four parts; The history of Isparta, the importance of the registers and the method followed in the thesis are given. In the first part; information about the administrative structure of Isparta is given. In the second part; information on social structure such as family, divorce, alimony, and guardian determination are given. In the third part; in relation to the economic structure in Isparta, agriculture and livestock, items used and prices are mentioned. In the fourth and final part, transcription of the registry numbered 194 is given. This study aims to evaluate the administrative, economic and social structure of Isparta in the light of the documents. The study is expected to contribute to the local Isparta, usually Ottoman life.
