Bu çalışmada, Abbasi-Harici ilişkileri ve Kuzey Afrika'da kurulan Midrârîler ve Rüstemîler hanedanlıkları incelenmektedir. Bu tez çalışması; giriş ve dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın giriş bölümünde konunun daha iyi anlaşılabilmesi için Haricilik, Hariciliğin ortaya çıkışını hazırlayan sebepler, temel görüşleri, karakteristik özellikleri ve fırkalara ayrılmaları, Afrika ve Mağrib'in coğrafi durumu, Midrârî ve Rüstemî Devleti'nin kuruluşundan önce Kuzey Afrika'nın durumu ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümde Abbasi-Harici ilişkisi, Abbasiler dönemi Harici isyanları ve siyasi faaliyetleri üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde tezin ana konusunu ihtiva eden ve Emevilerin Arap ırkçılığına karşı bir tepki olarak Harici Sufrilerin kurdukları Midrari Devletinin siyasi, sosyal, kültürel, ekonomik vs. yönleri ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde h.160/m.777 yılında Abdurrahman b. Rüstem tarafından kurulan Tahert merkezli Rüstemi Devleti'nin siyasi, sosyal, kültürel, ekonomik vs. yönleriyle ele alınmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın son bölümü olan dördüncü bölümde ise, Midrari Devleti ile Rüstemi Devletinin komşu devletlerle olan münasebetleri ele alınmıştır. In this study, Kharijid Non-Abbasid Relations and the Midraris and Rustemians dynasties established in North Africa are examined. This thesis consists of introduction and four chapters. In order to better understand the subject in the introduction part of the study, the Haricism, the reasons that prepare the emergence of Kharijid, their basic views, their characteristic features and their division into ferns, the geographical situation of Africa and Maghreb, the situation of North Africa and Moorish before the establishment of Midrari and Rustemi State. It is discussed. In the first part, the relationship between the Abbasid and the Kharijid, the Kharijid rebellions and the political activities of the Abbasid period are discussed. In the second part, the political, social, cultural, economic, etc. of the Midrari State, which was founded by Kharijid Sufis as a reaction against the Umayyad Arab racism, which contains the main subject of the thesis.aspects are discussed. In the third section h.160 / m.777 Abdurrahman b. The Rustem State, founded by Rüstem, is based on the political, social, cultural, economic, etc. aspects have been tried to be addressed. In the last part of the study, in the fourth part, the relations of Midrari State and Rustemi State with neighboring states are discussed.
