Bu çalışmada son yıllarda gerek ulusal gerekse de uluslararası literatür açısından büyük önem arz eden duygusal emek konusu ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı iş üzerindeki kontrol, yönetici desteği, iş arkadaşı desteği, ödüllendirme ve olumlu davranış kuralı değişkenlerinin duygusal emek üzerine etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Kahramanmaraş il merkezindeki Büyükşehir Belediyesi, Onikişubat Belediyesi ve Dulkadiroğlu Belediyesi’ndeki 300 çalışan oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama yöntemi olarak anket formundan yararlanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 21.0 programında frekans, korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri yapılarak test edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda iş üzerindeki kontrol, yönetici desteği, iş arkadaşı desteği ve olumlu davranış kuralının yüzeysel davranışı etkilemediği saptanmıştır. Ancak ödüllendirmenin ise yüzeysel davranışı pozitif anlamda etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Diğer taraftan iş üzerindeki kontrol, yönetici desteği ve iş arkadaşı desteğinin derinlemesine davranışı etkilemediği görülmüştür. Fakat ödüllendirme ve olumlu davranış kuralının ise derinlemesine davranışı pozitif anlamda etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen bu sonuçların duygusal emeğin önemini çalışanlar ve işletmeler açısından ortaya koyması ve literatürün gelişimine katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir. |

In the study, the issue of emotional labour, which is of great importance in terms of national and international literature recently, is studied. The aim of the study is to examine the effects of job control, supervisory support, colleague support, rewarding and positive display rule variables on emotional labour. The sample of the study is composed of 300 employees in the Metropolitan Municipality, Onikişubat Municipality and Dulkadiroğlu Municipality in Kahramanmaraş province centre. The questionnaire method is used for data collection. The data obtained is tested by frequency, correlation and regression analysis in the SPSS packet program. As a result of the research it is determined that on-the-job control, executive support, co-worker support and positive behaviour rule do not affect superficial behaviour. However, it is found that rewarding of conduct has a positive effect on superficial behaviour. On the other hand, it is seen that on-the-job control, executive support, co-worker support conduct do not affect in-depth behaviour. However, it is determined that the rewarding and positive behaviour rule affected in-depth behaviour positively. It is expected that the results would reveal the importance of emotional labour in terms of employees and businesses and contribute to the development of the literature. |
