Bu çalışmada, muhasebe meslek mensuplarının tükenmişlik, yaşam doyumu ve iş yükü ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla Denizli’de faaliyet gösteren 207 Muhasebe meslek mensubu ile anket yapılmıştır. Ankette, Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri, Diener Yaşam Doyumu Ölçeği ile Hart ve Staveland’ın “NASA-TLX Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada Regresyon analiz modelinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; duygusal tükenmişlik ile iş yükü, iş yükü ile yaşam doyumu arasında negatif ilişki bulunmuştur. Ayrıca iş yükü ile tükenmişlik arasında pozitif ilişki tespit edilmiştir. |

The purpose of this paper is to specify the relationships among the burnout level, life satisfaction and workload in accounting professionals. Data for this survey study were collected from 207 accounting professionals in Denizli. In this survey, Maslach’s Burnout Scale, Diener’s The Satisfaction With Life Scale and Hart ve Staveland’s “NASA-TLX Scale were used. In this study regression model was used. The results demonstrate that emotional exhaustion is negative related to workload and workload to life satisfaction. Additionally mental workload is positive related to burnout. |
