Yazında işletme stratejik yönetim alan bilgisinin inşasında akademik ve pratik kişiler görece vurgulanır. Genellikle teorik bilgi olarak 1960’larda A. Chardler’in “Strateji ve Yapı” kitabı önemsenir. Ancak alan bilgisi cesameti ve evrimi karşısında, daha önce bulunan bilgilerin, deneyimlerin ve kişilerin ele alınması gerekli gözükmektedir.Bu makale, sanayi devrimi ile ifade edilmesi gereken işletme stratejik yönetim alan bilgisinin inşasında öncü üç akademik kişi ile üç pratik kişi biyografisini (öğretici metinleri) önceleme ve bu biyografileri yeniden okuma ve yazma girişimidir. Bu girişim ile iki amaç güdülmüştür: Birinci olarak bu alanda sözü edilmesi gereken öncü kişilerin biyografilerini yeniden okumak ve yazmak konusunda kuramsal bir yaklaşım geliştirmek. İkinci olarak yazında biyografik yorumlama yöntemi ile palimpsest yazım tekniğinin uygulama olanağını araştırmak. Böylece yazılı biyografilerin izinde, alan bilgisini ve etkisini bir yöntembilim çerçevesinde kavramsal/kuramsal olarak tartışmak hedeflenmiştir. |

In the literature, academic and practical persons in the construction of strategic management field knowledge are emphasized relatively. Generally, theoretical knowledge was given to A. Chardler’s book “Strategy and Structure” in the 1960s. However, in the against of the greatness and evolution of field knowledge, it seems necessary to deal with the knowledge, experience and people found earlier.This article is an attempt to prioritize the biography (instructional texts) of three leading academic and three practical people in the construction of strategic management field knowledge, which must be expressed by the industrial revolution, and attempt to re-read and re-write these. Two goals were pursued by this attempt: Firstly, to develop a theoretical approach to re-read and re-write the biographies of the leading people to be mentioned in this field. Secondly, to investigate the possibility of application of palimpsest writing technique with biographical interpretation method in literature. Thus, in the traces of written biographies, it is aimed to discuss conceptually/theoretically the field knowledge and its effect within the framework of a methodology. |
