Bu çalışmanın amacı, güvence hizmetleri standartları kapsamında yer alan Hizmet Kuruluşlarındaki Kontrollere Yönelik Güvence Raporları Standardı (3402)’nı tanıtmak ve bağımsız denetçilerin bu standartla ilgili farkındalık düzeylerini ölçümlemektir. Amaca ulaşabilmek için, hazırlanan anket formu, Türkiye’de KGK’dan yetki belgesi almış toplam 13,527 bağımsız denetçinin yaklaşık %20’sine uygulanmış ve 352 geri dönüş sağlanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 23 istatistik paket programı kullanılarak Frekans Analizi ve One-Way ANOVA yöntemleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda, bağımsız denetçilerin GDS 3402 standardı ile ilgili farkındalık düzeyinin düşük olduğu ve eğitim durumu, cinsiyet, tecrübe, denetçi kütük türü ve unvan açılarından gruplar arasında önemli sayılabilecek bir farklılık bulunmadığı tespit edilmiştir. |

Aim of this study is to introduce the standard of Assurance Reports on controls at a service Organization (3402) within scope of assurance services standard and to measure awareness on this standard. A survey form is issued for this purpose and is applied to independent auditors who are certified by Public Oversight Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority in Turkey. Resultant data are analyzed with Frequency Analysis and One-Way ANOVA methods using SPSS 23 statistics software. Results of the analysis indicate that awareness of auditors on ISAE 3402 is low and that the factors with most significant effect on the awareness include legal obligations and organizations carried out by professional bodies. |
