Dünyayı yeniden yapılandıran değişim olan küreselleşme süreci, önceki dönemlerde yaratılan, gelişmiş ülkelerin, gelişmekte olan ülkelerin ve çevre ülkelerin ayrılmasını ortadan kaldıran bir yapı haline gelmiştir. Küresel değişim, işbölümü, kaynak üretimi, dünya ölçeğinde ülke tüketiminin coğrafi anlamda ekonomik faaliyetlere dönüşmesi yeniden gündeme getirilmiştir. Sosyal politika, toplum bilimini ve ekonomi bilimini bir araya getiren ve toplumsal gerçekliğin ekonomik tarafını bütünüyle inceleyen bir bilimdir. Sanayi Devrimi'nden bu yana, sosyal politika, küreselleşme sürecinde denge anlayışı olarak ortaya çıkmış ve sistemin daha insancıl bir kalitesi için çabalamıştır. Bu bağlamdan yola çıkılarak, araştırmanın amacı; küreselleşme sürecinde ortaya çıkan toplumsal sorunlar ve sosyal politikalardaki değişimlerin ilgili literatür ve doktrin taramasıyla incelenmesidir. |

The process of globalization, which is the change that re-structuring the world, has become a structure created in previous periods, eliminating the separation of developed countries, developing countries and surrounding countries. Global Change, Division of labor, resource production, and the transformation of country consumption on a world scale into economic activities in geographical terms have been reintroduced. Social policy is a science that brings together the science of society and the science of Economics and examines the economic side of social reality in its entirety. Since the Industrial Revolution, social policy has emerged as an understanding of balance in the process of globalization, striving for a more humane quality of the system. Based on this context, the aim of the research is to examine the social problems and changes in social policies arising in the process of globalization through a literature and doctrine survey. |
