Bu çalışmada bağımsız denetim hizmetinin alınması çerçevesinde kalite kontrol sisteminin etkinliği tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu bağlamda çalışmada bağımsız denetim hizmetinin alınması sürecinde mali tabloları kaliteli denetimden geçmiş işletmelerin elde edebilecekleri faydalar ve yasal zorunluluklarla birlikte; BIST 100 ulusal endeksinde yer alan firmaların kaliteye yönelik beklentileri ve sorumluluklarına ilişkin bir anket çalışması ve sonuçlarına yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın bağımsız denetim hizmetinin kalite kontrol sistemine uygun alınıp alınmadığı, denetlenen şirket yöneticilerinin bağımsız denetim hizmetinin kalitesine yönelik beklenti ve sorumlulukları hakkında fikir vereceği düşünülmektedir. Çalışmada veri toplama tekniği olarak ikincil kaynak tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın uygulama kısmında yer alan anketin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS programı kullanılmıştır. |

In this study, the effectiveness of the quality control system within the framework of the obtaining independent audit service has been tried to be determined. In this context, with the legal obligation and benefits that will be obtained from managements whose financial statements were qualifiedly inspected in the process of independent audit service procurement; a survey study and its results that is related to quality oriented expectations and liabilities of firms in BIST 100 national index wereincluded. It is considered that the study will give opinion about whether independent audit service is taken as appropriate to quality control system, corporation director’s expectations and liabilities concerning quality of independent audit service.Secondary source screening method was used as data collection technique, ın the study. The SPSS program was used to evaluate the questionnaire in the application part of the study. |
