Bu çalışmada Çalışma Ekonomisi ve Endüstri İlişkileri bölümlerinde değişen isimlerle zorunlu ders olarak okutulan İşçi Sağlığı ve İş Güvenliği dersinin, dersi alan ve almayan öğrencilerin algılarındaki farklılığın belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bunun için amaçlı örneklem yöntemi ile dersi alan 4. sınıf öğrencileri ve henüz dersi almamış olan 3. sınıf öğrencileri örneklem olarak seçilmiştir. Her iki gruptan toplam 65 öğrenciye iş güvenliği algısı ve iş güvenliği eğitimi algısı üzerine 13 sorudan oluşan ölçek uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucuna göre, iş güvenliği ve iş güvenliği eğitimi konusunda öğrencilerin dersi almaları ya da almamaları sahip oldukları algı düzeyini etkilememektedir. Ancak dersi alan öğrencilerin kendi ilgi alanlarında iş güvenliği ile ilgili olarak daha bilgili oldukları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca dersi alan ve almayan öğrenciler arasında iş güvenliği ihlallerinde yaptırımların yeterli olmadığı algısında anlamlı bir fark bulunmaktadır. |

In this study, it was aimed to determine the difference in the perceptions of the Occupational Health and Work Safety lessons. The Labor Economics and Industrial Relations departments which were taught as mandatory courses with students who took courses and did not take the courses. For this purpose, 4th grade students who took lessons with the purposeful sampling method and 3th grade students who have not yet taken classes were selected as the sample. A scale consisting of 13 questions was applied on the perception of job security perception and job security education in total of 65 students from both groups. According to the results of the research, whether or not students take lessons on job security and job security training does not affect the level of perception they possess. However, students who attended the lessons learned that they are more knowledgeable about job security in their areas of interest. There is also a significant difference in the perception that sanctions are not sufficient for violations of work security between students who take courses and those who do not. |
