Bu çalışmada, Türkiye ekonomisi için vergi gelirleri ile Türkiye’de 2002-2016 dönemine ait yıllık verilerle belirlenmiş değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizi kullanılarak araştırılmıştır. İlk olarak modelde kullanılacak olan serilerin birim kök testleri yapılmış ve bu serilerin durağan olup olmadığı incelenmiştir. Değişkenlerin seviyelerine uygulanan birim kök test sonuçlarına göre seriler durağan değildir ve birim kök problemi içermektedirler. Bu nedenle serilerin ikincil farkları alınmış ve ikincil farklarının durağan olduğu belirlenmiştir. Daha sonra Breusch- Godfrey serial correlation LM test, heteroskedasite testi, model hata terimlerinin normal dağılım testi ve çoklu doğrusal bağlantı testleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bağımlı değişken olarak vergi gelirleri, bağımsız değişkenler olarak gayrisafi yurtiçi hasıla, döviz kuru, yapılan iadeler, toplam mükellef sayısı, enflasyon oranı, ihracat miktarı ve incelenen mükellef sayısı ele alınmıştır. Çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizi sonuçlarına göre; vergi gelirleri ile gayrisafi yurtiçi hasıla, döviz kuru, ihracat miktarı değişkenleri arasında anlamlı ilişkiler elde edilirken; toplam mükellef sayısı, enflasyon oranı, yapılan iadeler ve incelenen mükellef sayısı arasında anlamlı ilişkiler bulunamamıştır. Vergi gelirleri üzerinde en etkili değişkenin gayrisafi yurtiçi hasıla olduğu söylenebilir. |

This study was investigated by multiple linear regression analysis using tax revenues to Turkey in the period 2002-2016 annual relations between variables that are determined by the data analysis of data for Turkey's economy. Firstly, series to be used in the model were applied unit root tests and examined whether they are stationary or not. According to the unit root test results applied to the levels of series, the series is not stationary and contains a unit root problem . For this reason, the secondary differences of the series were taken and it was examined that the secondary differences are stationary. Then Breusch-Godfrey serial correlation LM test, heteroskedasticity test, normal distribution test of model error terms and multiple linear connectivity tests were applied. Tax revenues as dependent variable; gross domestic product ,exchange rate, refunds , total number of taxpayers, inflation rate, export amount and number of taxpayers as independent variables, examined are considered. According to the results of multiple linear regression analysis; While it was obtained significant relationship between tax revenue and gross domestic product, exchange rate, export amount variables, not found significant relationship with total number of taxpayers, inflation rate, refunds back, number of taxpayers examined variables. It can said that the most effective variable on the tax revenue is gross domestic product. |
