ERP, işletmenin birçok fonksiyonunu müşterek bir programda bütünleştirebilen yazılımlardır. Firmaların ERP ye ihtiyaç duymaları ve en uygun yazılımı tercih etmeleri ERP’nin işletmeye sağlayacağı fayda sürecinin en önemli aşamasıdır. Milyon dolarlar verilerek elde edilen bu yazılımların optimum seçimi kararı hayati derecede önem arz edebilir. Son çalışmalar bu kararın bilimsel temellere dayandırılması gerektiği üzerinde hem fikirdirler.Bu çalışmada işletmeler için en etkin ERP yazılımı seçiminde çok kriterli karar analizi metotlarından VIKOR (En Uygun Uzlaşık Çözüm) yönteminden faydalanılmıştır. Polyester üretim sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir işletmenin karar almada yetkili çalışanları ile ERP, seçim kriterleri ve muhtemel alternatifler hakkında görüşülmüştür. Ayrıca çalışmada ERP yazılımlarının işletmelere sağladığı faydalar ve seçim sürecine ilişkin önemli hatırlatmalar üzerinde durulmuştur. VIKOR yöntemi ile yapılan analizler sonucunda işletme için en etkin ERP yazılımları sırası belirlenmiş ve sonuçlar işletme ile paylaşılmıştır. |

ERP is software that can integrate many functions of a business into a common program. It is the most important phase of the benefit process that ERP’s will provide to companies to need ERP and choose the most suitable software. The choice of these soft wares, which is obtained by giving millions of dollars can be crucial to decision. Recent studies agree that this decision must be based on scientific grounds.In this study, VIKOR (Best Reconciliation Solution) method was used as the most effective decision- making method in selecting the most effective ERP software for the enterprises. The ERP selection criteria and possible alternatives were discussed with the authorized employees of an enterprise operating in the polyester manufacturing sector. In addition, the important reminders of the benefits and the selection process that ERP software provides to enterprises in the study are emphasized. As a result of the analysis made by VIKOR method, the most effective ERP soft wares are determined for the enterprise and the results are shared with the enterprise. |
