İnsanların karşılaştığı suç olaylarına karşı ilk müracaat noktası olan polis merkezleri için uygun bir kuruluş yerinin seçilmesi, güvenlik hizmetinin hızlı ve verimli bir şekilde yapılabilmesi için çok önemlidir. Kuruluş yeri seçimi problemleri birden fazla kriter içeren, çok kriterli karar problemleridir. Bu çalışmada Isparta ilinde yeni bir polis merkezi için yer seçimi Bulanık Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci ve Bulanık ARAS yöntemleri ile yapılmıştır. Çalışmada 11 uzman, 3 alternatifi, 6 kritere göre değerlendirmiştir. Uygulama sonunda her iki yöntemle elde edilen sıralamalar değişmemiş, en uygun kuruluş yerinin Çünür Mahallesi olduğu tespit edilmiştir. |

Choosing an appropriate location of the police station, which is the first point of contact against the crime, is very important for the fast and efficient security service. The location selection problems are multi-criteria decision problems with multiple criteria. In this study, the choice of place for a new police station in Isparta province was made by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy ARAS methods. 11 experts in the study, 3 alternatives, evaluated according to 6 criteria. At the end of the application, the rankings obtained by both methods were not changed and it was determined that the most suitable place of establishment was Çünür neighborhood. |
