Suç, tarih boyunca bütün toplumlarda görülen bir olgudur. Toplumların ve zamanın değişmesi, bu olguyu değiştirememiştir. Toplumsal yapının ve zamanın değişmesi ile birlikte suç kabul edilen davranışlar ve buna gösterilen tepkiler değişmekle beraber, suç ve suçluluk kavramı daimî olmuştur. Günümüz toplumlarında çocuğun duygusal bir yatırım aracına dönüşmesi ile birlikte çocuk suçluluğu ve bunun önlenmesine dair çalışmalar önem kazanmıştır. Çocukların suça sürüklenmesinde toplumsal yapıların farklılaşması ile beraber önemli farklılıklar görülmektedir. Batılı toplumlarda çocukların suça sürüklenmesinin sebepleri ile toplumumuzdaki çocukların suça sürüklenme sebepleri önemli oranda farklılaşmaktadır. Bu farklılıkların derinlikli bir şekilde analiz edilmesi, sorunun çözümü noktasında kayda değer katkılar sunacaktır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, çocukların suça sürüklenmesinin önlenmesinde aile ve din kurumunun koruyucu/engelleyici bir faktör olarak önemini ortaya koymaktır. |

Crime is a phenomenon seen in society throughout history. The change of society and time has not changed this phenomenon. The concept of crime and guilt has been constant with the changes in society and time, and the reactions that have been accepted as crime and the reactions shown to it. In today's society, as the child becomes an emotional investment vehicle, child crime and the prevention of it have become important. There are significant differences in the children's suicide by social structure. The reasons for the suicidal dragging of children in Western societies and the reasons for suicidal dragging of children in our society differ significantly. Analyzing these differences in depth and proposing a solution proposal will present significant contributions in the solution of the problem. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the importance of family and religious institutions as a preventive/preventive factor in the prevention of children's delinquency. |
