Günümüzde nüfus artışı, teknolojik, ekonomik ve kültürel değişimler, rant kavgaları ile açık ve yeşil alanların yok olması sonucu kentler insan yaşamı için ruhsal ve fiziksel yönden yetersiz bir çevre haline gelmektedir. Bozulan çevre koşulları karşısında kentli daha sağlıklı, fonksiyonel ve estetik bir peyzaj oluşturulmasını istemektedir. Halkın rekreasyonel ihtiyaçlarının karşılanması ve kentin fiziksel yapısının iyileştirilmesi ancak doğru bir açık ve yeşil alan sisteminin oluşturulmasına bağlıdır. Bu çalışmada Şevket Sabancı Parkı’nın kent içi yeşil alan sistemindeki yeri, fonksiyonu, insanlar üzerindeki etkileri ve parkta bulunan donatıların peyzaj mimarlığı kriterleri açısından uygunluğunun araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Anket çalışmaları sonucuna göre parkın bakımsızlığı, donatı elemanlarının uyumsuzluğu, bakımsızlığı, mevcut sulama sisteminin kullanılamaz olması eksiklikler olarak belirlenmiştir. Parktaki mevcut sulama sisteminin kullanılamaz olması çimlerin ve bütün bitkilerin görüntüsünü de etkilemiştir. |

Today, as a result of population growth, technological, economic and cultural changes, rent fights and the disappearance of open and green spaces, cities become a mentally and physically insufficient environment for human life. In the face of deteriorating environmental conditions, the city wants to create a healthier, functional and aesthetic landscape. Meeting the recreational needs of the people and improving the physical structure of the city depends only on establishing a correct open and green area system. In this study, it was aimed to investigate the place of ŞSP in the urban green space system, its function, its effects on people and the suitability of the reinforcements in the park in terms of landscape architecture criteria. According to the results of the survey, the lack of maintenance of the park, incompatibility of the reinforcement elements, negligence of the existing irrigation system was determined as deficiencies. The unavailability of the existing irrigation system in the park has also affected the appearance of the grass and all plants. |
