Bu çalışmada Türkiye-AB arasındaki dış ticaretin dönüşümü incelenmiştir. Çalışmada, 24 Ocak Kararları ve Gümrük Birliği gibi belirli dönüm noktalarının dış ticarete etkisi ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. İkinci olarak da 1994 krizi, 2001 krizi ve 2008 küresel finans krizinin etkileri incelenmiştir. Bu sorulara cevap bulmak amacıyla betimsel istatistik yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen temel bulgulara göre, hem belirli dönüm noktalarının hem de söz konusu üç krizin belirgin etkileri vardır. Ayrıca, AB ülkeleri hala Türkiye'nin toplamda en büyük ticaret ortağıdır. 1980 serbestleşme kararları, 1996 yılındaki Gümrük birliği ve 2005 yılındaki müzakerelerin iki taraf arasındaki dış ticarete etkisi oldukça yüksektir. 2008 Küresel Finansal Krizinin etkisi de oldukça yüksektir. In this study, the transformation of foreign trade between Turkey and the EU were investigated. In this study, the effects of certain milestones such as the decisions of 24 January and the customs union on foreign trade were tried to be put forward. Secondly, the effects of 1994 crisis, 2001 crisis and 2008 global financial crisis were examined. In order to find answers to these questions, descriptive statistics method was used. According to the main findings, both certain milestones and the three crises have significant effects. In addition, the EU is still the biggest trade partner of Turkey in total. The 1980 liberalization decisions, the 1996 Customs Union and the 2005 negotiations have a high impact on foreign trade between the two sides. The impact of the 2008 Global Financial Crisis is also quite high. Keywords: Turkey, EU, Foreign Trade, Custum Union. |
