Çalışmamızın konusu İmam Gazzâlî'de fesadüzzaman Olgusu ve Hükümlere Etkisi'dir. Çalışmamızda yer verdiğimiz ilk bölümü genel olarak İmâm Gazzâlî'ye ayırdık. Bunun için de ilk önce onun yaşadığı yüzyılı, doğup yetiştiği coğrafyayı tüm yönleriyle tanımanın da önemli olduğunu düşündük. Sonrasında Gazzâlî'nin hayatını tüm yönleriyle ele almaya, hocalarını, eserlerini yakından tanımaya, düşünce dünyasını ise tüm incelikleriyle anlamaya çalıştık. Tezimizde üzerinde en çok durduğumuz kavram fesadüzzaman ifadesidir. Kavramın tarihsel süreçte ilk olarak ne zaman ve nasıl kullanım alanı bulduğunu araştırıp, bu kavramın hukukî düzenlemelere etkisini birçok örnekle açıklamaya çalıştık. Çalışmamızın sonlarına doğru ise fesadüzzaman kavramını İmam Gazzâlî'yle ilişkilendirip kullanım alanlarına dair verdiği örnekleri irdelemeye gayret gösterdik. Son olarak da Gazzâlî'nin fesadüzzaman gerekçesiyle verdiği hükümleri analiz etmeye çalıştık. The subject of our work is Imam Ghazali's fesadüzzaman case of and Effect on provisions. The first part of our study was to separate the Imam Ghazali in general. For this, we thought it was important to familiarise yourself with all aspects of the century, where it was born and grew up. Then we tried to understand the life of the Ghazali in all aspects, to familiarize his teachers, hisr works, and the world of thought with all the thinness. The concept that we stand most on in our thesis fesadüz zeman. The first time and how the concept was found in the historical process, we tried to explain the effect of this concept on the legal regulations with many examples. Towards the end of our work, we tried to relate fesadüzzaman and the examples of the usage areas by associating with Imam Ghazali. Finally, we tried to analyze the provisions of Ghazali's fesadüzzaman on the grounds of termination.
