Ebû Hanife'ye kadar re'y düşüncesi bireysel olarak kullanılır. O, Hocalarının uyguladığı akli yöntemleri sistemleştirerek, talebeleriyle beraber geliştirir ve hayatında tatbik eder. Kur'ân ve sünnet bütünlüğüne önem verir. Hadis kaynağı olarak öncelikle fakih hocalarının silsile yolunu benimser ve bu yolla gelen hadislere öncelik tanır. Sahâbe görüşlerinden dilediğini seçer, tâbiîn görüşlerini cerh ve tâdil ederek, onların görüşüyle kendi bakış açışını eşit görür. Talebeleriyle re'y metodunu geliştirerek, farazî olaylara da tatbik eder. Ebu Hânîfe re'y yöntemini dînin amelî konularına uygular. Bununla birlikte itikat meselelerinde görüşlerini insanlara aktarır. Kıyas ve istihsan'ı açık nassın bulunduğu konularda kullanmadığı gibi bunların olmadığı durumlarda nassların umumuna aykırı düşmemek kaydıyla insanlara dinin kolaylık yollarını göstermek amacıyla kullanır. Ebû Hanîfe'nin îtikadî ve ameli konulardaki te'vil yöntemine dair görüşleri Mâturîdî mezhebi yoluyla birçok kültürel alana ve coğrafyaya yayılarak benimsenir. Tez'de öncelikle Ebu Hanîfe'nin din anlayışı ortaya konulacak sonra bu anlayış çerçevesinde re'y metodunun kullanımı incelenecektir. Until Abu Hanifa, the idea of re'y is used individually. He systematizes the mental methods used by his teachers, develops them with his students and applies them in his life. It attaches importance to the integrity of the Qur'an and the Sunnah. As a source of hadith, it firstly adopts the path of the lineage of the faculty members and gives priority to the hadiths coming in this way. The Companion chooses what he wants from his views, and he sees the views of the subject equal and their viewpoints. By developing the method of ra'y with his students, he also applies to hypothetical events. Abu Hanif applies the method of reinay to the operational issues of religion. However, it conveys its views to people in matters of creed. It does not use benchmarking and employment in open nass issues, or in the absence of such nasses, to show people the convenience of religion, provided that they do not contradict the general public. Abu Hanif's views on the method of ta'vil on the subjects of economic and operative matters are adopted by spreading to many cultural areas and geographies through the Mâturîdî sect. In this thesis, firstly, Abu Hanife's understanding of religion will be put forward and then the use of the rating method will be examined within the framework of this understanding.
