Sağlıklı ve güvenli çalışma ortamlarının sağlanması, çalışanlar açısından temel bir haktır. Teknolojide yaşanan gelişmeler bir yandan yaşam kalitesini artırırken diğer yandan insanların hayatlarını kaybetmelerine sebep olabilmektedir. Bu nedenle çalışma hayatı içerisinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin önemi ortaya çıkmaktadır. Gelişen teknolojiyle birlikte sektördeki büyümesini hızlandıran inşaat sektöründe de sayısız iş kazası meydana gelmektedir. Bu kazalar insan yaşamında önemli kayıplara neden olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Burdur ilinde Adnan Menderes ilköğretim okulu yapım işi, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Providing healthy and safe working environments is a fundamental right for the employees. Advances in technology can increase the quality of life on the one hand and cause people to lose their lives. Therefore, the importance of occupational health and safety in working life is emerging. Numerous work accidents occur in the construction sector which accelerates the growth in the sector with the developing technology. These accidents cause significant losses in human life. In this study, construction work of Adnan Menderes primary school in Burdur province was evaluated in terms of occupational health and safety.
