Günümüzde tatil anlayışı sadece kaliteli konaklamanın yanı sıra farklı deneyimler elde etme, farklı alanları görme ve eğlence odaklı tatil anlayışının gelişmesiyle turizm tesislerinde farklılaşmaya neden olmuştur. Bu farklılaşmanın tatil anlayışını ve kullanıcıyı farklı deneyimler edinimi noktasında nasıl etkilediğini ortaya koymak amacıyla The Land of Legends üzerinde incelemelerde bulunulmuştur. Doğanın eşsiz güzellikleri içinde oluşturduğumuz yaşam alanımız zamanla insan elinin değmesiyle kendi doğallığını kaybetmeye başlamıştır. Bu süreç içerisinde zararın minimalize edilmesine ilişkin çeşitli çözüm önerileri oluşturulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra doğal olarak kullanılamaz halde olan ortamlar için de ıslah çalışmaları yaparak insan kullanımına kazandırılması gibi çözümler üretilmiştir. Bunlardan biri olan çalışma alanı daha öncesinde bataklık halinde iken ıslah edilerek kullanım alanları oluşturulmuş ve mikroklimatik ortamlar sayesinde bulunduğu bölgede bir cazibe merkezi haline gelmiştir. Hem doğaya kazandırılmış hemde turistik bir tesis haline getirilmiştir. Bununla beraber ülke ekonomisine de tanıtım ve maddi anlamda artı değer oluşturmuştur. Bu kapsamda çalışma değişen kullanıcı taleplerine göre tasarlanmış The Land Of Legends'in süreç içerisindeki kullanıcılar ve turizm yatırımcıları açısından önemi, turizmde farklı bir bakış açısı getirilme ve yatırımın peyzaj planlama ve tasarımda otellerin konsept oluştururken katetmiş olduğu yer incelenmiştir. Alanın kullanıcılar açısından görüşleri, sosyo-ekonomik durumlarına ilişkin verileri anket çalışmalarıyla elde edilmiştir. Buna göre peyzaj mimarlığı açısından olumsuzluklar belirlenerek çözüm önerileri geliştirilmiştir. Today, not only the quality of holiday accommodation, as well as to get different experiences, seeing different areas and the development of entertainment-oriented holiday concept has led to differentiation in tourism facilities. In order to show how this differentiation affects the holiday understanding and the user in terms of acquiring different experiences, the Land of Legends has been studied. The natural beauties of nature, our living space, which we created inside, began to lose its naturalness with the touch of human hand. In this process, various solutions for minimizing the damage have started to be developed. In addition, solutions such as making them available for human use by breeding work have been produced for naturally unavailable environments. Our study area, which is one of them, was previously used as a swamp, and its usage areas were formed and thanks to micro climatic environments, it became a center of attraction in its region as a nature compatible touristic facility. In addition to this, it has created added value to the national economy in terms of publicity and material. In this context, the importance for the users and tourism investors in the process of The Land Of Legends, designed according to changing user demands, to bring a different perspective in tourism and landscape planning and design of the hotel while creating the concept by economic investments, has been examined. The opinions of the users from the point of view of the field and data on their socio-economic status were obtained through surveys. Accordingly, adversities were determined in terms of landscape architecture and solution suggestions were developed.
