While those who are popular or the processes can not tolerate any kind of dissimilarity, they force us to get stuck to homogeneity. Even though the process we are going through imposes uniformity in a number of fields one hand, and requires acknowledging what is disparate. In this study, it is discussed that the expectation that differentiations could disappearand that the activity would take place on the whole surface would no more be able to materialize in all the circumstances in the framework of the nature of global capitalism which recognizes no geographical boundaries–space distinction, within the network of fundamental relations. The concept of spaceand scale has been in the forefront in the discussion by means of other parameters based on the vertical mobilization it has created. It is within this context that great emphasis is placed on the fact that issue sand their solutions necessitate a view point with a global perspective and once regarded that the majority has a quantity and the minority a quality, the aim of this course is to determine the interdependent role of global and local. |

Popüler olan kişi veya süreçler farklılığa tahammül edemezken; türdeşliğe mahkûm etmektedir. Yaşanılan süreç; pek çok alanda tek tipleşmeyi dayatsa da aynı zamanda da farklı olanın tanınmasını gereksemektedir. Bu çalışmada, temel ilişkiler ağı içerisinde küresel kapitalizmin coğrafi sınır mekân ayrımı tanımaması niteliği çerçevesinde farklılaşmaların ortadan kalkacağı, etkinliğin tüm satıhta var olacağı beklentisinin her durumda sağlanamayacağı tartışılmaktadır. Dikey mobilizasyonun neden olduğu yer ve ölçek farklılaşması sorunsal olarak ele alınmaktadır. Bu kapsamda, sorunlar ve çözümlerinin küresel perspektifli bir bakış açısını gereksediği, çokluğun niceliği, azınlığın ise niteliğinin olduğu kabul edildiğinde; küresel ve yerelin birbiri üzerinde tayin edici rolünün ortaya konulması amaçlanmaktadır. |
