Akılcı ilaç kullanımı (AİK); kişilerin klinikbulgularına ve bireysel özelliklerine göre; uygun ilacı, uygun süre ve dozda,kendilerine ve topluma en düşük maliyetle sağlayabilmeleri olaraktanımlanmaktadır. AİK çalışmaları dünyada ve ülkemizde uzun zamandan berisürdürülmektedir. Çalışmamızda; akılcı ilaç kullanımı kapsamında sağlıkçalışanlarının bilgi ihtiyaçlarının tanımlanması ve eğitim içeriklerinin kurumçalışanlarının ihtiyaçlarına özgü olarak yeniden planlanması amaçlanmıştır.AİK hakkında hızla artan yeni bilgilerintamamının mezuniyet öncesi öğrenilmesinin mümkün görünmemesi, mezuniyet sonrasımesleki deneyimlerin, mezuniyet sonrası eğitimlerle pekiştirilmesi gerektiğidüşünüldüğünde hastane hizmet içi eğitimlerinde kurum ihtiyaçları göz önündebulundurularak yapılması gerektiği görülmektedir. |

Rational drug use (RDU); according to the clinicalfindings and individual characteristics of the individuals; they are able toprovide the appropriate drug at the lowest cost and the community at theappropriate time and dosage is described. RDU studies have been carried out inthe world and in our country for a long time. In our study; within the scope ofrational drug use, it was aimed to define the information needs of healthworkers and to re-plan the training contents specific to the needs of theemployees of the institution. It is seen that all of the rapidly increasing newinformation about RDU is not possible to be learned before graduation.Professional experiences and when post-graduation training are reinforce, itshould be done by taking into the needs of the institution. |
