Bu tez çalışmasında Isparta ilinde inşaat sektörü alanında faaliyet gösteren şirketlerle görüşülerek uygulamalarda kullandıkları yöntemler belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada işverenler ve işçilere çalışma konusu ile ilgili bir anket çalışması uygulanarak, Isparta'da faaliyet gösteren inşaat firmalarının şantiye de çalışanlarının eğitim düzeyleri, yaşları, mesleki deneyimleri vb. profilleri dikkate alınarak 6331 sayılı İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kanunun çalıştıkları firmada uygulanmasına bakış açılarının ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır. In this thesis, therefore, the methods of occupational health and safety that companies in the construction industry of Isparta have been used in practice will be determined, then compare its compliance with the occupational health and safety legislation, T.R. code 6331. The thesis aims to reveal both employers and employees' perspectives on health and safety applications of the 6331 numbered legislations in construction site by surveying for gathering data such as their level of education, age, and experiences.
