dc.description Agricultural activities play a significant role in the emission of greenhouse gases and global climate change. This study aimed at the determination of effects of different water levels applied in an apple orchard via drip irrigation on soil moisture, and accordingly, on CO2 emissions. The treatments followed the experimental randomized blocks design. Irrigation water was applied twice a week as a certain percentage of cumulative evaporation (S1: 0.25; S2: 0.50; and S3: 1.00) measured using Class A evaporation pan system during irrigation period.
