dc.description An experimental study is made of thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, hardness radial fracture load values of self-lubricating tin bronze bearings produced by powder Base powder composition was selected as 10% Sn + 90% Cu. For some samples by decreasing the tin amount it was added 1% graphite and 1.5% graphite to this composition. After sintering bearing materials, relative density values involved as 75%, 80%, and 85%. While the relative density value was increasing, the thermal conductivity was increasing and the electrical resistance was decreasing for tin bronze without graphite. The thermal conductivity value decreases value decreases and the electrical resistance value increases with adding graphite. Metallography of bearings was also studied briefly.
