dc.description In this study, the chemical structure analysis of two Daedaleopsis nitida mushrooms that grown in two different environments have been investigated. Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) was used to determine functional group vibrations in the chemical contents of two fungi species. As a result of the investigation, it was observed that there were small chemical contents in the structure of two mushrooms belonging to the same species.
