dc.description The personal characteristics of managers, industry specifications, and organizational structures have been shown to be effective in the transformation of management mentality, which consists of the certain values related to choices, trends, and actions. Despite belonging in the same social structure, managers tend to act according to their personal characteristics, sector, and organizational structure. Therefore, this study focuses on a sample from the Western Mediterranean Region (i.e., Antalya, Isparta, Burdur) in order to examine the relationship between mentality and action among managers. The results show that individual, social, and organizational factors are effective in the transformation of management mentality.
