dc.description <p style="margin-left:99.25pt">Bu &ccedil;alışma d&ouml;n&uuml;ş&uuml;msel liderliğin y&ouml;netim yeniliği ve &ouml;rg&uuml;tsel performans&nbsp; &uuml;zerindeki etkilerini, Akdeniz Turistik Otelciler ve İşletmeciler Birliği listesine bağlı olarak Antalya ili 4 ve 5 yıldızlı&nbsp;Otel işletmelerinde araştırmayı hedeflemektedir. Araştırma Antalya ili 4 ve 5 yıldızlı 300 otel işletmesinde ger&ccedil;ekleştirilmiş, veriler SPSS 16.0 istatistiki program ile değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmada betimleyici analiz, fakt&ouml;r analizi, korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara g&ouml;re, d&ouml;n&uuml;ş&uuml;msel liderliğin y&ouml;netim yeniliği ve &ouml;rg&uuml;tsel performans &uuml;zerinde ve y&ouml;netim yeniliğinin de &ouml;rg&uuml;tsel performans &uuml;zerinde etkili olduğu tespit edilmiştir.</p>
dc.description <p style="margin-left:99.25pt">This study aimed to determine the effects of transformational leadership on organizational innovation and organizational performance, in 4- and 5-star Hotels in Antalya City that were associated to Mediterranean Touristic Hotels and Operators Association. The research was conducted with 300 numbers of 4- and 5-star hotels in Antalya City and data was analyzed with SPSS 16.0 statistics program. Descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation and regression analyses were used in the research. According to obtained findings, it was determined that transformational leadership was effective on organizational innovation and organizational performance, moreover organizational innovation was effective on organizational performance.</p>
