dc.description <p>Kinoa (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.) y&uuml;ksek oranda protein, karbonhidrat, yağ gibi makrobesinler ile vitamin, mineral gibi mikrobesinleri y&uuml;ksek oranda i&ccedil;eren nadir bitkilerdendir. Tanelerinde temel aminoasitlerin m&uuml;kemmel dengelenmesi ile oluşmuş protein sayesinde y&uuml;ksek kalitede besin değerine sahiptir. Aynı zamanda tohumlarında saponin, fitosteroller, fitoekdisteroller, fenolikler ve biyoaktif peptitlerin bulunduğu &ccedil;ok sayıda fitokimyasal i&ccedil;erir. Bu bitki, besin kalitesi, sağlık &uuml;zerindeki etkisi ve olumsuz &ccedil;evre şartlarına kolayca adaptasyon g&ouml;stererek geniş yayılış g&ouml;sterebilme kabiliyetinden dolayı geleceğin gıdası olarak se&ccedil;ilmiş ve 2013 yılı kinoa yılı olarak tanımlanmıştır. Kinoa &ccedil;ok eski (yaklaşık 7000 bin yıldan beri) zamanlardan g&uuml;n&uuml;m&uuml;ze ulaşan ve kimyasal bileşikleri, fonksiyonel, fenolojik ve biyolojik &ouml;zellikleri yeterince aydınlatılmamış bitkidir. Geleceğin gıdası olarak adlandırılan bu bitkinin tohumlarının t&uuml;m &ouml;zellikleri araştırılmalı ve &uuml;lkemiz topraklarında yetiştirilme olanakları tanımlanmalıdır. İnsan beslenmesinde olduk&ccedil;a &ouml;nemli yeri olan kinoa bitkisi, g&uuml;n ge&ccedil;tik&ccedil;e kirlenen d&uuml;nyamızda artan abiyotik streslere karşı olduk&ccedil;a iyi adaptasyon g&ouml;stermesi ile de &uuml;zerinde &ccedil;alışılması gereken bir bitkidir. Bu ama&ccedil;la, kinoa bitkisinin besin i&ccedil;eriği, kimyasal bileşenleri, kullanım alanları, fenolojik ve adaptasyon &ouml;zelliklerini tanımlayan &ccedil;alışma hazırlanmıştır.&nbsp;<br />&nbsp;</p>
dc.description <p>Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.) is a rare plant that contains a high percentage of macronutrients such as protein, carbohydrate, fat and micronutrients such as vitamins and minerals. It has a high quality nutritional value due to the perfect balance of essential amino acids in grains. It also contains a large number of phytochemicals, including saponin, phytosterols, phytochdisterols, phenolics, and bioactive peptides. This plant has been selected as the food of the future due to its ability to show wide range of food quality, its impact on health and its ability to easily adapt to adverse environmental conditions. Quinoa is a very old plant (about 7000 thousand years) that has survived to the present day and its chemical compounds, functional, phenological and biological properties are not sufficiently illuminated. All properties of the seeds of this plant, which is called the food of the future, should be investigated and the possibilities of cultivation in the territory of our country should be defined. Quinoa plant, which has a very important place in human nutrition, is a plant that needs to be studied with a very good adaptation against increasing abiotic stresses in our world which is getting more and more polluted day by day. For this purpose, the study, which describes the nutrient content, chemical components, usage areas, phenological and adaptation properties of quinoa plant, has been prepared.&nbsp;<br />&nbsp;</p>
