This study was carried out to determine the lchneumonidae (Hymenoptera) fauna of Gelincik Mountain Natural Park. Six stations were chosen with different altitude and floristic structure and were conducted between April 2010 and October 2012. Specimens were collected via sweeping net and malaise traps. A total of 145 samples were 47 species belonging to 43 genera were identified. Of these, 14 are new records for lchneumonidae fauna for Turkey. These species are: Arotrephes perfusor (Gravenhorst, 1829), Barichneumon peregrinator (Linnaeus, 1758), Charitopes gastricus (Holmgren, 1868), Dicaelotus pumilus (Gravenhorst, 1829), Diphyus trifasciatus (Gravenhorst, 1829), Gelis gallicator (Aubert, 1971), Herpestomus arridens (Gravenhorst, 1829), Ichneumon caloscelis Wesmael, 1845, Lissonota proxima Fonscolombe, 1854, Mesoleius melanoleucus (Gravenhorst, 1829), Odontocolon quercinus (Thomson, 1877), Olesicampe fulcrans (Thomson, 1887), Symplecis invisitata Rossem, 1981 and Tropistes falcatus (Thomson, 1884). Also, three genera, Arotrephes, Charitopes and Tropistes are new records for Turkey. |
