<p style="text-align: justify;">Biyobuzunur ve biyouyumlu bir polisakkarit olan, büyük çoğunluğu kahverengi deniz yosunlarından elimine edilerek; başta kalsiyum tuzlarıyla elde edilen türevleri olmak üzere alginat polimerleri gıda ve tekstil başta olmak üzere sanayinin her kolunda kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışma ile alginatın deniz kaynakları, kimyasal yapıları, türevleri ve tekstilde kullanımı detaylandırılmıştır.</p> |

<p style="text-align: justify;">The alginate polymers which are biodegradable and biocompatible polysaccharide, the majority of them eliminate from brown seaweed; and its derivatives as mainly calcium alginate are used in all branches of industry, particularly food and textile. By this study; the marine resources of alginate, chemical structure and the derivatives of it, and textiles applications was detailed.</p> |
